2.2 Legal Basis

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADPO).

To the extent that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we base our processing on the following legal grounds:

When you contact us via the contact form, email, phone, or any other means, we process the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, message) for the purpose of handling your inquiry. This information is stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in processing inquiries.

3.2 Scheduling an Appointment (Initial Consultation)

On our website, we offer the option to book a free initial consultation. During this process, we collect the following information:

First and last name

Legal basis: Performance of a contract and legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships.

4. Website Hosting and Technical Specifications

4.1 Hosting

Our website is hosted by HighLevel Inc. (also known as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), a provider based in the United States. When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects the following data and stores it in server log files:

IP address of the requesting device

Date and time of access

URL accessed and referrer URL

Browser and operating system used

Amount of data transferred

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and is typically deleted after a few days. This data is not combined with any other data sources.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website.

4.2 Content Delivery and Fonts

We use the Bunny Fonts service provided by BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia) to display fonts. Bunny Fonts is a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Fonts and, according to the provider, does not log IP addresses or personal data. The servers are located in the EU.

When fonts are loaded, a connection is established with the Bunny Fonts servers. In the process, the visitor's IP address may be transmitted.

4.3 Maps (OpenStreetMap)

On our "About Us" page, we embed a map from the open-source service OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, UK). When the map loads, a connection is established with OpenStreetMap's servers. In the process, your IP address and technical information about your browser may be transmitted to OpenStreetMap.

You can find OpenStreetMap's Terms of Use at: wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

6. Analysis and Tracking

6.1 Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze the use of our website. In doing so, pseudonymized usage data is transmitted to Google’s servers, which may also be located in the United States.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, so that your IP address is truncated by Google within the EU/EEA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and truncated there.

Among other things, the Meta Pixel tracks visits to specific pages, form submissions, and other interactions. The data collected in this way may be linked to your Facebook/Instagram profile if you are logged in. The data is transferred to Meta’s servers in the United States.

The Meta Pixel is only activated with your consent (cookie banner). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

7. Email Communication

When you send us an inquiry via the form or by email, we use your email address to respond to your inquiry and for any further business correspondence. As part of our existing business relationship, we may occasionally send you relevant information via email (e.g., news about our services, invitations to events).

You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time by sending us an email to [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

9. Transfer of Data Abroad

We generally process personal data in Switzerland and within the European Economic Area (EEA). Certain service providers (in particular HighLevel Inc., Google, and Meta) may process data in the United States.

For the United States, the Federal Council has determined that an adequate level of data protection exists for recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In addition, we have agreed to the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission with the relevant providers in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

10. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data, in particular:

Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) throughout our website

Access restrictions and role-based permissions for internal systems

Regular review of security measures

Despite these measures, complete security cannot be guaranteed. Use of the Internet is generally at your own risk.
